ChiroCare® Update: June 16, 2020
To all our ChiroCare® patients, friends, and family,
We are extremely happy to announce that we will be adding additional hours over the upcoming weeks. We will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 am – 6 pm and beginning this Friday, June 19th, 2020 we will be adding Fridays from 10 am – 2 pm.
Of course, your health and safety are our utmost priority. ChiroCare® is committed to operating and utilizing our enhanced safety procedures.
Our office hours and appointments continue to be modified to limit patient traffic:
Treatments are scheduled with extra time to allow adequate disinfecting and cleaning between appointments.
All general and treatment areas are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants between each patient encounter.
Our front desk staff continues to work virtually, and all scheduling, questions, and calls will be handled remotely.
All patients are asked to wait in their cars or outside our office before their appointment. Patients will receive a text message before the appointment to enter the office.
We ask that all our patients MUST wear a protective mask before entering our office.
All patients will be directed to wash their hands before entering the office.
Patient temperatures along with other screening measures will be performed prior to treatment.
Additionally, any patient that is or has been exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms has been in close contact with an actively sick person, or has been in contact with anyone that has been confirmed positive or suspected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days will be asked to reschedule.
Effective August 1, 2020, if a patient or someone in their household has traveled internationally
or domestically outside of the following states: MA, ME, VT, NH CT, NY, or NJ in the last 14
days, they will be asked to reschedule.
Again, we thank you for your loyalty, understanding, and patience! Should you require additional assistance, feel free to contact us. We will gladly try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
