ChiroCare® Update: September 22, 2020

Due to the ongoing pandemic, our clinic hours have been modified.   Currently, chiropractic services are available Monday through Thursday from 10 am – 6 pm & Friday from 10 am – 2 pm. Please be aware that our office hours and appointments times continue to be modified to limit patient traffic. 

Acupuncture services are currently available but on a modified schedule.  Please contact Sharon Levy, LAc

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we are currently not offering massage therapy services at this time. 

Your health and safety are our utmost priority. ChiroCare® is making every effort to minimize contact and exposure within our office and continue to update our COVID-19 protocols to help ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community.  Our current protocol includes:

  • Treatments are scheduled with extra time to allow for adequate disinfecting and cleaning between appointments. 

  • All high touch areas, the reception area, and bathroom are sanitized with a hospital-grade disinfectant between each patient encounter.

  • Our support staff continues to work virtually.  All scheduling, questions, and phone calls will be handled remotely.

  • All patients are asked to wait in their vehicles or outside our office prior to their appointment. 

    • Patients will receive a text message when we are ready for you to enter the office.

  • All patients are required to wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times while in our offices.  

    • Please NO Masks with Valves or Neck Gaiters.

  • All patients are directed to use hand sanitizer when entering the office.

  • Upon entering the office, all patients will have their temperature checked, and will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19.

  • No visitors will be allowed to accompany patients unless required for accessibility issues or for a parent/guardian accompanying a minor.

  • All treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned with a hospital-grade disinfectant between patients.

  • 4-in-1 Air Purifiers (HEPA filter, charcoal + POC filter, UV-C light & TIO2 treatment) have been placed in each treatment room and the reception area. 

  • All staff will be wearing face masks and if needed, eye protection or a face shield.

Ahead of your appointment, please review our screening questions below to ensure that you do not have symptoms that could require your appointment to be rescheduled.  Should you have any symptoms outlined in our screening, please call our office ahead of arriving for your appointment.

  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days?

    • Fever greater than 100.4°F

    • Cough (productive or non-productive)

    • Bronchitis or respiratory infection

    • Shortness of breath

    • Severe fatigue not associated with travel, muscle, and/or joint pain

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of smell

    • Digestive complaints including vomiting or diarrhea

  • Have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or is being evaluated for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

  • Have you or anyone in your household traveled outside of the following states: MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, NY, or NJ in the last 14 days?

  • Are you a healthcare professional who actively works with COVID-19 patients?


On the day of your appointment you will receive a text message a few minutes prior to your appointment letting you know we're ready for you to come in.  Please remain in your vehicle or outside our office until you receive this text.
