ChiroCare® Update: June 01, 2021

Currently, chiropractic services are available Monday through Thursday from 10 am – 6 pm & Friday from 10 am – 2 pm. Please be aware that our office hours and appointment times may be modified as needed. 

Acupuncture services are currently available but on a modified schedule.  Please contact Sharon Levy, LAc directly at 617-923-9401 or for additional information. 


Massage therapy services are currently not available at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Your health and safety are our utmost priority. ChiroCare® continues to make every effort to minimize exposure within our office and continually update our COVID-19 protocols to help ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community.  Our current protocol includes:

  • Massachusetts' updated mask requirement continues to require all patients and staff to wear a face mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times while inside a healthcare office. 

    • This applies to both Vaccinated and Unvaccinated individuals.

  • All patients are asked to wait in their vehicles or outside our office prior to their appointment. 

    • Patients will receive a text message when we are ready for you to enter the office.

  • Upon entering the office, all patients will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and directed to use hand sanitizer.

  • Treatments are scheduled with ample time to allow for adequate disinfecting and cleaning between appointments. 

  • High-touch areas, the reception area, and the bathroom are frequently sanitized throughout the day with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

  • No visitors will be allowed to accompany patients unless required for accessibility issues or for a parent/guardian accompanying a minor.

  • 4-in-1 Air Purifiers (HEPA filter, charcoal + POC filter, UV-C light & TIO2 treatment) have been placed in each treatment room and the reception area. 

  • All staff members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Ahead of your appointment, please review our screening questions below to ensure that you do not have symptoms that could require your appointment to be rescheduled.  Should you have any symptoms outlined in our screening, please call our office ahead of arriving for your appointment.

  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days?

    • Fever greater than 100.4°F or chills

    • Cough 

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Fatigue

    • Muscle or body ache

    • Headache

    • New loss of taste or smell

    • Sore throat

    • Congestion or runny nose

    • Nausea or vomiting

    • Diarrhea

  • Are you or is anyone in your household awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test?

  • If you are NOT VACCINATED -

    • ​Have you traveled outside of MA for more than 24-hours? 

    • Have you been in ‘close contact’ with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days? 


On the day of your appointment you will receive a text message a few minutes prior to your appointment letting you know we're ready for you to come in.  Please remain in your vehicle or outside our office until you receive this text.
